Fanno is a mobile application that generates fan and white noise sounds to help with sleep, focus, and relaxation.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Tier

• Access to basic features with daily usage limits
• No account required

3.2 Premium Subscription

• Unlimited access to all features and sound modes
• Subscription managed through Apple App Store
• Pricing displayed in the app at time of purchase

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through Apple Settings > Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods (per Apple’s policies)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
• Distribute or resell the app

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and code are owned by Fanno
• The app name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You may not copy or reproduce app content

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Medical Advice

Fanno is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult a healthcare provider for sleep disorders.

6.2 As-Is Service

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
